A man with the thorough knowledge of the entertainment industry in India associated with the introduction and running of large format IMAX screen and Multiplex cinemas, he has a close feel of the retail trends in the market place.

Mr. Manmohan Shetty: Director
A doyen of the Film processing business in India, he is the founder of largest media company in Indian entertainment industry. He brought to India the world’s largest and India’s first IMAX Dome Theatre in Mumbai, along with the first Multiplex Theatres. Using the platform of the Film Exhibitors Association, he ensured that the state governments gave Entertainment Tax concessions to Multiplex Theatres, making them financially viable and attractive enough to attract huge capital.

Mr. Chandir G. Gidwani: Independent Director
A Post Graduate in Commerce, Mr. Gidwani is also a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He has a rich experience of over two decades in finance, taxation, audit, business restructuring, corporate accounting and financial management. He is the Vice Chairman of Centrum Capital Ltd.

Mr. Prabhat Jha is a President Award winning filmmaker and a committed social activist. He has also established an institution (Bihar Institute of Management & Human Resource Development) which builds up the skill set in the younger population of Bihar by providing multi skilled training programmes. He was also engaged in revolutionizing Agro-scenario in Bihar.
